on our holiday apartments: • 40 – 60 sqm, with and without separate bedroom for 2 – 4 persons • New, tasteful and comfortable furnishing with cosy dining and seating areas • Completely furnished kitchens with refridgerator, 2- resp. 4-plate stove, extractor hood, sink, pots • Crockery, glasses, cutlery, coffee machines, etc. • Shower / WC, floor with wardrobe • All apartments are equipped with cable TV, stereo radio and direct dialling phone • All our 4-star apartments are non-smoker rooms • Bed-linen, towels, bath towels and tea towels are provided, beds for persons suffering from allergies on request • Large balconies and terrace with cosy seating areas • Open view of the whole Karwendel mountain range and the Tyrol mountains • Lawn, garages and parking spaces at the house • Heated also in summer, if required • Our prices are inclusive prices and comprise all additional costs such as final cleaning, spa taxes, electricity heating, change of laundry, etc • We offer special conditions in the early and late season • On request, fresh bread and rolls right in front of your door on weekdays • Breakfast service in our breakfast room on reques • On request, bikes are put at your disposal free of charge • We ask for your understanding that rent out to guests with dogs is not possible |
